This film shows the history of the ministry of finance of Britain. It shows the booms and busts of devaluations during the sixties and seventies. Also the role of Thatcher as a monetarist and the role of Gordon Brown are emphasized.

In the spring of 2012, massive student protests in opposition to a tuition hike, caused tormoil in Montréal for over six months. Violent demonstrations became part of the daily reality of this Canadian city. This film shows how the students organized themselves and how the authorities reacted.
